2. Motorsport & Off-Road Use

Many products sold by IRDR Motorsports are intended for:

Competition use
Off-road use
Motorsport applications only

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle modifications and emissions regulations.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images. However:

Specifications may change without notice
Custom fabricated or machined components may differ slightly due to manufacturing tolerances

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment is received.

IRDR Motorsports reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Limit quantities
Request verification information
Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors

5. Custom & Special-Order Parts

Custom-machined, fabricated, or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.

Lead times for custom work are estimates only and may vary based on:

Material availability
Production scheduling
Design revisions
Supplier delays

6. Installation & Use

Motorsport and performance components should be installed by qualified professionals.

IRDR Motorsports is not responsible for:

Improper installation
Vehicle damage
Personal injury
Racing incidents
Tuning-related failures
Misuse or abuse

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRDR Motorsports shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Vehicle downtime
Competition losses

Use of motorsport components is at the customer’s own risk.
