Returns Eligibility
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- Original packaging is included
- No installation or modification has occurred
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-machined components
- Fabricated parts
- Made-to-order products
- Electrical components
- Installed or used products
- Clearance or special-order items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
